Our providers do not feel like quality care can be delivered to a patient they never touch.  Therefore, we will draw patients from only a regional area around our office in Ashe County (planned). 

 

When you complete the "Contact us" form to petition for a new patient consult - you will have to attest that you live in one of the above counties.  Your drivers license/state ID will have to have an address that matches your contact form for us to be able to serve you.
