That means I have your contact info and your new patient form has been accepted given 2 assumptions, 1) you actually live in the coverage map, and 2) you are still engaged when I roll out new patient packs sometime in the next two weeks.
I was trying to do zoom calls to meet everyone, but the sheer volume prevents this.
So this message is about next steps:
If interest continues to grow and as the weather warms, it is highly likely we may be able to start seeing patients BEFORE August - no promises yet, but you know that just means I won't promise until I can keep it.
To do that 6 main things must be in place:
1) a physical location to see you, I am working on a temporary location
2) an EHR - because of this when I am within an estimated 60 days from starting care, I will ask you to sign membership agreements at $20/month. Understand that if I make it this far, it is because I genuinely believe this "hopeful" plan is becoming a true reality. But these initial funds will make it possible to assure we can actually prescribe - which is kind of the point.
3) Malpractice insurance and collaboration agreement. I already have a physician who will help me with this (my current business partner).
4) New patients packs will be need to be completed and I will be requesting records of you so that at our final first visits I can actually prescribe.
5) this means I will be sending you to a lab to obtain a baseline UDS for those of you that need pain management/SUD MAT so that I will have everything I need to prescribe the first visit we are face to face.
6) We will complete one visit via TH, that will be very reduced cost ($50) where no prescribing will be done so that I can build plans of care.
Never fail to open these updates, they are critical to us getting off the ground. I look forward to meeting and sharing a wonderful patient/provider relationship.

Thank you so much! I look forward to meeting and talking to you.
Thank you. Looking forward to finally getting care I need.
