Ok, I have been doing a few video updates while I was on vacation but here is the next OFFICIAL update.
Above is the new logo for Four Seasons Primary Care and Pain Management. Care for every season of your life.
1). I believe I have found a solution to where we will meet and this should allow us to move forward with opening the clinic for prescribing in June as planned. Stay tuned for more updates.
2) I will be seeing 20 patients in person on the first clinical day so look for a calendar to open up in May for us to get you signed up.
3) I will start out with between 40 and 60 patients total and will explain more on how this looks in the coming updates, but for now, expect to see me in person every other month and telehealth every other month.
4) I WILL have limited telehealth availability during the week for acute illness issues.
5) I have decided to simplify pricing even further. It will be $105 per visit whether you are in person or telehealth (Rather than $130 in person and $80 telehealth). I do still intend to offer an abbreviated telehealth option for going over lab results and the anticipated charge for these quick plan of care change visits will be $50.
6) Membership fees will start in April for all patients who will be in the June rollout. I have start up expenses that this will be used so that we are ready on June as planned. Monthly membership fee is $25 and is not waiverable/optional.
7) Anticipate a telehealth conversation in May so that we can get a few pre-visit items discussed and certain labs requested. This will be $50 and no prescribing will take place on this visit.
8) So to summarize, anticipate $130 per month as your planned expense, with infrequent $50 visits to change the plan of care.
9) I will probably not do any procedures like joint injections in the beginning, but when I do, expect a surcharge to the normal visit for the extra service, again, likely around $50 which will include any meds I have to use during the procedure.
Ok, have to sign off for now, but more exciting updates to come soon.
